Heather Imel joins Advanced Wealth Management as Director of Operations with a distinguished background in customer-focused business operations. A Purdue University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Management, Heather’s early career saw her rise swiftly through the ranks at Pizza Hut, from Shift Manager to Vice President of Franchise Operations, where she oversaw a portfolio of 2,500 franchise locations. Her strategic input was crucial to the successful national launch of the Stuffed Crust Pizza and in establishing brand consistency and operational efficiency throughout the company.

Following her tenure at Pizza Hut, Heather’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to operate as a Master Franchisee for Honest 1 Auto Care for over a decade, where she successfully launched and managed multiple franchise locations. She also trained franchisees on essential business practices, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence, further honing her skills in business expansion.

With over 30 years of expertise in logistics, client service, and compliance, Heather now brings her operational acumen to Advanced Wealth Management. Her strengths in team leadership, process optimization, and client-centric service align perfectly with AWM’s Boutique Family Office model, creating a uniquely tailored client experience. Heather and her parents have been long-time clients of AWM, giving her a personal connection to
the firm’s mission and values. Her client-first approach and operational expertise uniquely position her to drive Advanced Wealth Management’s growth and elevate client satisfaction.

In her free time, Heather enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, reading and mentoring women, drawing fresh insights from her experiences to bring renewed perspective to her work.
